If you need to speak to a GP, we can offer you an online consultation, usually on the same day. With The Doctors Online, you can book a casual appointment and connect with a doctor via phone or video call. Before emailing your completed enrolment form to reception@sunsetrfd.co.nz ensure you attach proof of eligibility (Passport or birth certificate).
We cannot proceed with your enrolment without proof of eligibility.

It may take a few days for the practice to enrol you with the National enrolment service. We will email you to confirm we have received the registration form and will send through a health questionnaire to be completed as part of your enrolment.
If you have also consented to the transfer of your medical records from your previous practice, it may take up to 10 working days for these to come through, although you do not need to wait for this to book an appointment.
