From 1 October 2024 we are moving to prepay.
We kindly request all patients to make full payment for services before receiving treatment.
This prepayment policy aims to minimize administrative tasks, reducing waiting times and improve overall service quality.
Please ask reception if you have any questions regarding our payment policy change.
Late Payment & Administration Fee
We have a payment policy to ensure the smooth processing of our services and to encourage timely payments.
Late Payment fee:
Starting 29th September 2023, a Late Payment Fee of $10.00 will be applied to accounts that have not been settled within 7 days from the service date. This fee is designed to reflect the additional administrative costs associated with handling overdue payments.
Furthermore, if an account remains unpaid for more than 30 days from the service date, an additional Administration Fee of $10.00 will be charged. This fee covers the additional administrative efforts required for managing overdue accounts that have not been resolved in a timely manner.

Medeor Pay by Link
We have upgraded to Medtech Evolution, one of the new features the software offers is being able to pay invoices via Email or SMS link. We have chosen to add this payment option to make it easier for you to pay when you are not in clinic. Payments made via Medeor Pay by Link will incur a 1% surcharge fee.
DNA (Did not attend) Fee
We charge a $50 DNA fee per 15 minute appointment slot missed (for example 45 minute Minor Surgery appointment = $150.00 DNA fee) appointments need to be cancelled no later than 2 hours prior to booked slot to allow us to fill the appointment with another patient.
Phone consults - Please have your phone on you during and for an hour after your appointment time in case the GP is running late. Otherwise, a $50 DNA fee will be charged.
Saturday Surcharge
There is a $15 surcharge for Saturday appointments.
